    *I failed here...and gained to 160 and was stable until 12/11

    2/11/12 Round three
    SW: 173
    LW:165.5
    Failed here again

    Now I dont keep track of days I just try and follow the diet. //

So I have realized

that I only have till next friday…so I only have a little over 2 weeks left on this round…I feel like the pace I have been going in I can get down to at least 150 in that time if I dont cheat AT ALL. 

I know that is the overall goal but its only two weeks. I mean, two weeks is nothing right? If I can go two whole weeks without cheating to get down to my weight…and keep it there…then WHY NOT? I have so many things I need to make sure I look presentable for and that is even more inspiration. Graduation, boat party, 18th birthday, this summer in general. I feel like after this I am going to start calorie counting and working out. that time Ill be in summer and have a bunch of things that I can do and I can work out with friends and just fun stuff. 

So until then, let the next weeks of my life play out… only 4 weeks until my last day. Ooo, and I almost forgot I get to go to the beach then too!

I was so preoccupied with loving God this weekend, that I put my diet obsession to the side and I ate. 

What will the damage be?

Hopefully something I can control.

HCG DIET-ERS

QUESTION:

So I am eating fat free candy, yogurt and sodas to up my sugar intake for energy. I decided against diet because the bad fake sugars and such…

Is this just a bad idea, and I have just convinced myself of these things….or like…..?

Blender-Free Strawberry Banana Sorbet
1 medium Banana
4 medium Strawberries
While still in peel, lightly roll banana on counter top to soften it up. Cut one end of banana off and carefully squeeze contents into a plastic sandwich bag. Cut up 4 strawberries, removing leaves, and place in bag. Close bag and squish contents until contents are mixed to your liking. Cut corner off of bag and squeeze into a freezer-safe container (I like to use a rinsed out small Chobani yogurt cup). Cover with saran wrap and a rubber band. Put in freezer and wait for contents to firm. Enjoy.
Nutritional Content: (<1g fat, 32.5g carbs, 1.75g protein, ~128 calories)
